Hello!: I found this beautiful yarn from Japan during the weekend, I visited a fabulous yarn shop called Renaissance Yarns in Kent, WA, looking for a yarn to make a lace pattern for beginners, so this is what I got , I am starting a new project now, I will love to learn to make a lace shawl, I decided to start with this easy pattern from Raverly.com, very easy and I am loving the yarn too. Stay tuned!

The throat is the slender part of the hook.
The shaft is the part of the hook where you carry the yarn loop. This part determines the size of your crochet stitches. Therefore the hook size can be measured by the diameter of the shaft in millimetres.
The thumb rest is where you put your thumb and middle finger to hold and turn your hook.
The handle is the remaining part of your hook.

I got mail!!!, I am very happy today, I found a very nice surprise package from Etsy Latino Valentine's Giveaway, full of pretty stuff!, thank you so much to all the Etsy stores that make this possible, I am loving every item and I would like to thank all the stores for the dedication and time that was involved making all the pieces. My daughter was very excited too, so I allowed her to open some of the boxes, I had a great helper :).
